  • Real-time monitoring and analytics dashboard

Support & Professional Services

  • 24/7 technical support and customer service
  • Implementation and onboarding assistance
  • Custom integration development services
  • Training programs and educational resources

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services with appropriate notice to users.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access certain features, you must create an account and maintain accurate, current information:

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account
  • Accurate Information: Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep it updated
  • Authorized Use: Ensure only authorized personnel access your account and comply with your organization's security policies
  • Immediate Notification: Report any unauthorized use or security breaches to our support team immediately

6. Service Level Agreement & Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability and performance standards. Our current service level commitments include:

  • Uptime Guarantee: 99.9%
  • Support Coverage: 24/7
  • Response Time: under 2 hours

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALPHANETIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Damages resulting from third-party actions or content
  • Service interruptions due to force majeure events

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with appropriate notice. Upon termination, your access to Services will cease, and you must comply with data export requirements within the specified timeframe.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
